How do I stop and delete pornographers from posting on my Yahoo! php communtiy bulletin board? - lo board

I have a personal Web page and use Yahoo! PHP Bulletin Board community. Within two days, have to try to sell pornography to a list of websites on the scoreboard with hyperlinks. To resolve this problem, I simply delete the entire board and start a new forum. There porn sites and link back to visit. I would consider the same issue, but whether it will get rid of links to sites for pornography, only instead of the jury. What I ask: How can I remove the visitors and comments from the meeting of the PHP community?
