Bad Stomach cramps after giving birth and eating? - stomach cramps after eating

I did, bad stomach cramps after eating. Not uterine cramps, I know the difference. My daughter is 12 days and it seems that after dinner (when they have to choose to eat, I am not much of an appetite since she was born), my stomach hurts very strong, almost like my body does not want to eat. Has anyone else had this?

7 days after the birth, I have a urinary tract infection (UTI) ... Maybe I do not know what I have to use towels .. But they had the same thing. Go to get tested for UTI .. U n goodluck hope you feel better
